Tuesday till Sunday from 10:00 to 23:00 o’clock
Meals are served from 11:30 to 20:30 o’clock.
The EAT & FLY offers regional and international cuisine: from Zermatt to Aosta Valley and from New York to San Antonio.
The focus is on alpine specialities and classics as well as national highlights.
As in all excellent restaurants, no convenience products are used – everything is freshly cooked.
